After one and a half years of debugging and testing, the latest product ZY-PDM-C3000 cable partial discharge detector developed by Chongqing Zhenyuan Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully implemented.
ZY-PDM-C3000 cable partial discharge detector is mainly used for partial discharge detection of high-voltage cables. Its application environment includes the withstand voltage synchronous partial discharge test during handover test and preventive test, live detection, and can also be used as an intensive care system with an external power module.
The system consists of sensor, acquisition unit and background. High frequency current sensor or capacitance sensor can be used; Network cable, optical fiber, WIFI, 4G networking can be directly used in the background of the acquisition unit, which is flexible and convenient for different applications.
System functions:
1 During the withstand voltage test of cables, the detection unit can be arranged at each cable head to monitor the insulation condition of cables. The automatic mode and manual mode can be used to complete the data acquisition. The data can be analyzed later after being saved.
2 After the power module is installed, an intensive care system can be formed to deploy and monitor the defect development of the fault point for a long time.
3 It can be used as a live detection instrument to detect cable partial discharge and be used for cable partial discharge patrol inspection.
4 The system has its own diagnostic system, with an accuracy rate of more than 80%.
